Job Description
● Provide full-cycle administrative support
● Respond to inbound calls and assist
● Catch detailed information regarding the work needed to determine which tech is to be scheduled
● Follow up calls to confirm appointments the day before, the day of to ensure appointments are not delayed – if delayed notify tenants and clients of such delay
● Record keeping of all communications in client system and in house system
● Upload any necessary emailed documents/photos into work orders
● Track purchases/spending
● Manage Social accounts and add/post as needed
● Assist with onboarding Subcontractors in various regions/markets

GRASS CUTS, PRESERVATION, REHABS, RENO'S, TURNS, TENANT OCCUPIED MAINTENANCE

Property Preservation (1099) Contractors and Inspectors Needed in New Jersey and PA IMMEDIATELY

Work includes but not limited to:
Tenant Occupied Maintenance
Rehabs
Reno's
Turns
Property maintenance-grass cuts, snow removal, tree and shrub trimming
Debris Removal
Lock Changes
Mold Remediation
Roof Repair
Winterizations
Trash Outs

Basic requirements:
General Liability, E&O, Workman's Comp Insurance
Background Check
Vehicle
Basic Tools
Smart Phone
PC and Internet
