Meet the Owner of Built Bodied Fitness!
Heisha Harding @bodiedbyheish is a native of Dayton, Ohio. After living in Cleveland for 5 years, she recently relocated back to Dayton to give back to her community and be closer to her family. She’s a graduate of Chaminade Julienne H.S. and The University of Cincinnati where she competed collegiate for Track and Field. Heisha earned her Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Masters in Social Work, as well as being certified in Chemical Dependency, Personal Training and Group Fitness. Along with my many accolades, Heisha is currently training for the Olympics to compete in the hurdles.
Heisha has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor since 2016.
