Meet Summer! She is our Supervisor of Food Safety & Food Quality. She has been working with us since our grand opening! You will usually find her in the kitchen making sure your food is hot and delicious! Her favorite part about working with Chick-fil-A Thibodaux is all the lifelong friends she has made and the opportunity for growth. 🐮✨

Her favorite meal is a Spicy Deluxe with no tomato and a large fry with Honey Mustard. On her days off of work she enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and family, and playing tennis! Summer was also recently selected for Team Member Council by Chick-fil-A Corporate! She will be representing team members from around the country for feedback to help other restaurants. Way to go!

Meet Au’Dasha! She is one of our FOH Team Members. She has been with us for about 4 months now. You will mostly find her bagging your food! Her favorite part about working here is getting to be with people who constantly motivate you to be better. Also she is thankful for all the new friends she has gained! 🐮✨

Her favorite meal is a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with bacon and a Mac and Cheese with Buffalo and BBQ. In her free time she likes to go roller skating and watch true crime shows. She is also in the Nursing Program at Nicholls State University! She is hoping to be a Labor and Delivery Nurse. What a great accomplishment!

Meet Ricardo! He is one of our FOH Team Members! You will usually find him taking orders or bagging your food. He has been with us for a little over 8 months. ✨

His favorite meal is a Chick-fil-A Deluxe with Tortilla Soup, and a Cookies n’ Cream Milkshake. On his days off he enjoys playing soccer and hanging with friends. Ricardo hopes on being an Operator for his very own Chick-fil-A one day, so he enjoys getting to come to work and learn and grow as a team member. He also plans on attending Nicholls in the Fall to pursue a degree in Business Administration. Way to go Ricardo!

From now until Christmas eve, Chick-fil-A Thibodaux will be hosting a snowflake coloring contest! ❄️

This last week, we took another trip to the Chick-fil-A Support Center with some of our leadership team. This year, we have taken a total of 16 leaders to Atlanta, Georgia where we toured the Support Center, met with subject matter expert consultants, and learned about the heart and history of Chick-fil-A and Truett Cathy. Our leaders have learned so many things from these trips that they have been able to take back to our team, our restaurant, and our community.

This trip was extra special because we even spent some time behind the camera as we filmed commercials and took employee branding headshots!

She enjoys working with us because of the amazing opportunities to grow as a leader and getting to work with her best friends. When Shey is not working she loves to dance, spend time with her family, and live life to the fullest. She was also just recently crowned as H.L Bourgeois 2022 Homecoming Queen! What a great accomplishment! 👑
