Effective July 1, 2023, we will begin operating under our new firm name! To say we are excited is an understatement. Kristen Baker Bates and I feel so grateful for this chance to merge our talents and strengths to serve our clients and community.

Our job is to communicate this transition as smoothly as possible to avoid any confusion when we start moving forward under the new firm name on 7/1.

We have already seen the magic this partnership has created in just a few short months and we truly look forward to the future ahead.

A few weeks ago I announced that Kristen Baker Bates joined the firm as a partner. After 7 years of doing this solo, I’ve found the ying to my yang, the calm to my storm, and the BEST attorney in the room, no matter what room we are in. I still feel lucky that she took a chance on a gypsy like me 😎

A huge shoutout to everyone who has shown us so much love and support through this transition - we have felt ALL of the love, soaked in the sweet calls, consumed all the cookies, drank all the wine, and celebrated this partnership to the fullest.

So, how can you create a logo with this kind of magic?? I was doodling on the back of a Marshalls Home Goods receipt and came up with the rough draft of what ended up to be our final logo (out of over 200 submissions sent to us).

This logo represents so much history we’ve experienced before coming together, long years in this practice where we haven’t been seen or heard, and an open circle of what me and this incredible woman intend to create together.

After 6 years of building something I am so incredibly proud of, I am excited to announce that Kristen Baker Bates is joining me as a partner. If you know Kristen, you know how impactful this announcement is and what this means to our firm. She’s a force and I knew it from the first day we met.
