Have you ever felt like giving up?

If you haven’t, you will soon enough, trust me!

I know I have, many, many times! Everyone feels this way at some point.

When I think about giving up, I simply remind myself of how far I’ve come and the tears and prayers it took to get to where I am today.

I also remind myself that every obstacle, every problem and every “no” is an opportunity to become better, become stronger, learn more and pivot if need be.

Problems and obstacles don’t scare me like they used to. The only thing that’s stopping me is me.

I might not have the answer to a problem but someone out there does. It’s simply the cycle of life.

Reaching out for help when you know you can’t do it alone is the best way to accomplish your goals.

If you adopt this mantra, you will become unstoppable! 💯

I can’t be the only one who’s ready for this winter weather to go!

First day of March means spring 💐 🌸 🌺 is right around the corner and I don’t mean Spring, Texas even though that too is literally just a few roads down! 😂

It also means spring sales so my question to you is this: is your marketing ready to support your spring goals and sales?

There’s been so much buzz about lately and to be honest, I totally get why newbies would be overwhelmed with incorporating into their marketing strategy.

We still have a ways to go before images and content is spot on but overall there are some really decent options out there.

I’ve been helping my clients utilize AI so they feel less overwhelmed and confident in using it.

My sports days go all the way back to primary school..so yeah, I’ve been playing sports ALL of my life!

I was on the basketball team, the volleyball team, the swim team, ran track as well but my two favorite sports were football (US soccer) and softball, both of which I played for the national team for not one but two countries: The Bahamas 🇧🇸 and the Cayman Islands 🇰🇾 respectively.

Fast forward to today, I no longer play football but I play and coach softball.

As a business coach, my sports background has definitely played a major role in me being so driven and focused.

Today as we celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day, I can’t help but reflect on those days when I had to get up before dawn to train, eat right, stay in top shape and push my body to the limit.

Sports has taught me that you can do anything you put your mind to, including crush your competition! 😉

I’ll be very honest here: I don’t know much about Black History in the United States 🇺🇸 as I probably should. I do know very well that it was and continues to be a tough time for black people in this country.

However, whatever hardships we have and will continue to endure, I believe that our life’s work must carry on as if God himself called us to do it!

History is being made everyday in this country and I want to be a part of it, not just this month but every month for the rest of my life.
