Candidates should expect a fast-paced, start-up environment with the flexibility to work from home most of the time, potential for growth. The role would support both a private equity fund and a law firm in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate would posses excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and would be comfortable communicating with high net worth and entrepreneur clients.

Desired experience includes wills, trusts, estate planning, business succession planning, and general business transactional law. Corporate and real estate experience would be a plus.

Career advancement opportunities include being mentored, trained, and guided by an experienced attorney and conducting business for a rapidly growing private equity firm that was established less than 2 years ago. There is tremendous growth potential in the next 1-5 years for this candidate and the employers.

The starting salary will be $120,000 with no benefits initially but with the ability to participate in potential future benefit plans.
