Friends, there is a need for us all to step up and tell lawmakers how out of hand the fees are getting to buy or sell a home in a homeowner's association!
Please take a moment to click the link and take action.
Just in one month, there was an increase of $145 on the cost to obtain documents by a third party company that the hoa management company hires to provide documents. No change in service or items requested, just to produce the documents and send electronically.
I urge you to help us keep the fees low for home buyers and sellers. I fight for this constantly and this is our chance to really make a difference!
