Goodmorning/Afternoon, Grubbin On Cloud9 Customers! Due to us growing at a rapid rate (in which we’re elated about), we will be posting yet another Up-To-Date Menu.

This Menu will have a lot more Catering and Menu items in general to choose from. Please keep in mind that when it comes to Catering, and when Booking us, if there are items you would like, but are not on the Menu, we will create a Custom Menu for you and your Guests with whatever kind of Food you’d like! We will consult, and create the Menu with you.

These are GrubbinOnCloud9 very own “Dirty Mashed Potatoes 🥔”. A meal within itself. You’ve never had any like it. It has all of the meats mentioned above! Not when you’re trying to take your Brand to the next level ⬆️. Today, we had the honor of being the “Post Wedding Brunch” of choice for the McShane Family! This is actually a repeat Customer of mines. And for those Repeat Customers, we always go wayyyyy outta my way for. In her Case, the French Toast Bread was handcut made with Fresh Loaves from the Bakery. We threw in Xtra Fried Wings, and a Grubbin On Cloud9 Great Divide Cheesecake free of charge as a token of my appreciation.

I absolutely love what I do as a Chef! I take great pride in what I do, and I take it very serious. I don’t take any shortcuts anywhere. Shortcuts means Shortcoming, and in creating this brand, never once did I want Shortcuts to be apart of the equation. That’s why my Prices are firm as they are. Anything that I touch will always be of QUALITY. The Man above has really blessed me with this Gift more than I could have ever imagined, and he has blessed my Business abundantly this 2022 year like I could have never even thought, and for that, I’m so Honored & Thankful. And too, for my Health & Strength, to be able to wake up Daily with 0 problems, and do what I do.

I love bringing a ”Restaurant” type of Experience into Peoples Homes, Venues, and place of Business, etc. It brings me much joy to hear all of the Oooh’s/Ahhh’s, all of the Feedback, and people telling you they’ve never tasted anything quite like it, etc. It’s actually quite overwhelming. Thank You so much, McShane Family for having me. All of this Food was Cooked & Delivered fresh by me alone today. As the Head Chef & Business Owner, sometimes you have to know how to Make It Do What It Do when you don’t have your Team present! I got this ✅.

San Antonio, Tx!! You have treated us so well. This was probably one of my FAVORITE Catering/Chef Gigs to date. To be able to get outta the Houston (Surrounding Area) area, and see something new for a change. I haven’t been up here since I was about 8 or 9 years old, and I remember why I love it so much. I could easily live here.

What an honor to be chosen to come all the way from The Woodlands to San Antonio as the Food of choice. That speaks big volumes 🗣, and I’m completely GEEKED up about it. Thank You for choosing Grubbin On Cloud9 💪🏾🤘🏾. It was an honor.

All of our Cheesecakes that you all Love are all Homemade from the Handpressed Crust (we have multiple Flavor Crusts), to the whipped Cream Cheese! They’re Baked in a “Waterbath” for the perfect Temperature Control. And the result of that is the perfect consistency, smoothness, and richness everytime. They come out perfectly leveled, and the Crust melts in your mouth. EVERYTHING we touch is from Scratch. Quality >> Quantity. We take no shortcuts there!

Sipping on some Sizzzurrppp 💦. Lol nah, just kidding! I am winding my Sunday down though with a nice glass of Wine 🍷(going for seconds and thirds). It’s been a crazyyyy/slammed last few months for us in the Lab 🥼🧪🧫👨🏾‍🍳 . I don’t want to see any Food until this Thursday when I have to Cook and when we go to San Antonio for the Weekend 😂. Wow! Throwback Thursday. I had already spoken Grubbin On Cloud9 into existence at 21 years old. Was already plating, and visually having an eye for Food Staging. This was in 2013 wayyy before Instagram, Content Creation, High Quality Cameras, etc were popping off like that! Almost 10 years later, here we are. Leggggo..
