Six of our rising seniors spent a week volunteering at the Santa Maria School in Bronx, New York, working with the children that participate in the school's summer programs. It was an incredible experience for our seniors! Shout out to those that participated and made a difference: Nora Stark, Emily Henken, Isobel Dernlan, Jaclyn McGuire, Brianna Trousdale and Kaelen Smyser. #GoChargers
What a GREAT Honor it was to be in attendance and witness the beautiful mass for Blessed Mother Clelia at St. Patrick's Cathedral yesterday. I am so Blessed to call the Sisters my dear friends and to have worked with them over the past 4 years at Santa Maria Early Childhood School, as well as a proud school mom, my daughter has been attending Santa Maria School since Pre-k.

It was a very moving moment to have had the chance to venerate and touch the relic. Congratulations to all the Sisters of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus!
Santa Maria School... my Dad was our gym teacher. Monsignor Caldarone made sure my Dad would teach gym once a week before he built the gym.
Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas Season. God bless.
I taught 1st grade in this school in 1998 and 1999. Any of my little students on this page??

This week, Mr. Mooreโ€™s eighth graders were given a guided virtual tour of the Museum of Jewish Heritage and were able to discuss with their tour guide the events of World War II, the Holocaust, and the life of survivors in the aftermath of those events. On Tuesday, students met via Zoom with a guest speaker who is a survivor of the Holocaust. Students listened to his story of survival from a ghetto in Poland and were able to ask questions about his experiences. We thank him and the Museum of Jewish Heritage for providing such a unique and important experience for our students.

As they will one day leave us, these pins will act as a reminder of where they have come from. Congratulations to our wonderful students!
