🩷🛡️ Tuesday Tip
Intuition notices.
Discernment evaluates.
Wisdom acts.
One of the most overlooked forms of protection is learning to pay attention to what you’re noticing and giving yourself permission to take it seriously.
Sometimes something feels off before we can explain why.
A situation.
A conversation.
A relationship.
An opportunity.
An interaction that simply doesn’t sit right.
That initial awareness is often what many people call intuition.
Discernment takes it a step further.
Discernment invites us to pause, pay attention, pray for wisdom, gather information, and evaluate what we’re seeing rather than dismissing it.
And wisdom helps us determine the next step.
Too often people ignore red flags because they don’t want to seem rude, dramatic, judgmental, or overly cautious.
But awareness isn’t paranoia.
Discernment isn’t fear.
And wisdom isn’t weakness.
Many of us can look back and remember a time when we noticed a red flag but talked ourselves out of it.
Not because we were weak.
Not because we weren’t paying attention.
But because we doubted what we were noticing.
Whether you’re navigating relationships, opportunities, online interactions, everyday situations, or simply teaching the next generation how to think critically and stay aware, discernment is a skill worth developing.
Pay attention to what you’re noticing.
Give yourself permission to pause.
And don’t ignore the things that deserve a closer look.

Monday Mindset 🤍
You don’t have to have everything figured out to take the next step.
Sometimes growth looks less like having all the answers and more like having the courage to move forward anyway.
The truth is, confidence isn’t built by waiting until you’re ready. Confidence is built by taking action, learning as you go, and trusting God with the process.
Every goal.
Every healing journey.
Every new beginning.
It starts with one step.
✨ One decision.
✨ One prayer.
✨ One act of courage.
Keep showing up. Keep growing. Keep moving forward.
You’ve survived too much to quit now.

🤍 Happy Father’s Day 🤍
Today we celebrate the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who lead with love, strength, guidance, and protection.
Strong families and strong communities are built by people who show up, support one another, and create safe places for those they love.
Thank you to the men who work hard, sacrifice, encourage, teach, protect, and leave a lasting impact on the lives around them.
Wishing all fathers and father figures a blessed and meaningful Father’s Day.

Preparedness doesn’t have to be complicated.
In fact, some of the most effective safety habits are also the simplest.
Keeping your safety tools accessible.
Having a plan.
Paying attention to your surroundings.
Learning practical safety skills.
And being intentional about protecting yourself and the people you love.
Preparedness isn’t about living in fear.
It’s about building confidence.
Because when we feel equipped, we’re often more confident navigating everyday life.
As women, parents, and community members, we have an opportunity to be proactive—not paranoid.
To learn.
To prepare.
To empower others.
Because awareness is important, but preparation helps put that awareness into action.

Real protection starts long before a crisis.
It starts with awareness.
Knowing how to recognize red flags.
Trusting your instincts.
Paying attention to your surroundings.
Teaching our children safety skills.
Creating a plan before we ever need one.
Too often, we think about safety only after something happens. But preparedness isn’t fear—it’s wisdom.
Whether we’re protecting ourselves, our families, our homes, or our peace, awareness is often the first layer of protection.
As parents, mentors, and community members, we also have an opportunity to teach the next generation how to recognize unsafe situations, set healthy boundaries, speak up, and trust their God-given instincts.
My mission through Purposed To Protect is simple:
To help women and families become more confident, prepared, and empowered through education, awareness, and practical safety strategies.
Because safety isn’t just about carrying a tool.
It’s about building knowledge, confidence, and preparedness before they’re needed.

One of the most rewarding parts of this journey is watching women begin to see themselves differently.
Not because life suddenly became easy.
Not because every challenge disappeared.
But because they started recognizing their own strength, resilience, and worth.
I’ve watched women find their voice again.
Strengthen their faith.
Set new goals.
Establish healthy boundaries.
And begin moving forward with purpose after seasons they never thought they would survive.
Healing is important.
But healing isn’t the end of the story.
Growth matters too.
Purpose matters too.
And every step forward deserves to be celebrated.
No matter where you are on your journey, keep going.
Your story isn’t over yet. 🩷

When people think about abuse, they often think about physical violence.
But some of the deepest wounds are never visible.
Manipulation.
Control.
Isolation.
Intimidation.
Constant criticism.
Emotional and psychological abuse can leave a person questioning their worth, their judgment, and even their reality.
That’s why awareness matters.
When we can recognize unhealthy patterns, we are better equipped to seek support, establish healthy boundaries, and make informed decisions for our future.
Every woman deserves to feel safe, respected, valued, and heard.
And every woman deserves to know that help and hope are available.

Purposed To Protect was created to help women move from survival mode to healing, confidence, preparedness, and purpose.
That support can look different depending on where a woman is in her journey.
For some, it looks like coaching and confidence building.
For others, it’s faith-based encouragement, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
For some, it’s learning practical safety skills, awareness, and preparedness.
And for others, it’s finding support while navigating healing and rebuilding after difficult seasons.
No two journeys look exactly the same.
But my heart remains the same:
To help women heal, equip, and empower themselves for the life ahead.
Because healing is possible.
Growth is possible.
Freedom is possible.
And purpose is still waiting on the other side.

One thing I’ve learned through my own healing journey is that healing isn’t about going back to who you used to be.
It’s about becoming who God is calling you to be next.
For a long time, I thought healing meant getting back to normal.
But healing often looks more like growth.
Learning new boundaries.
Building confidence.
Strengthening your faith.
Developing healthier habits.
Letting go of survival mode.
And stepping into purpose.
Growth rarely happens all at once.
More often, it’s built through small decisions made consistently over time.
A new boundary.
A difficult conversation.
A decision to believe healing is possible.
A willingness to move forward even when you don’t have all the answers.
Healing isn’t about becoming who you were before.
It’s about becoming who you’re meant to be next.
Keep going.
Your story isn’t over. 🩷
