Haydon provides Construction Manager at Risk, Design/Build, and General Contractor services for both Heavy Civil and Horizontal Construction.
Haydon Building Corp was founded in 1991 by Gary Haydon. At the beginning, Gary ran the operation with an estimator and an accountant making up the entire staff. By focusing on service, Haydon Building Corp has grown into one of the most prominent general contractors in the Southwest. That small nucleus of people has grown into a company of over 500 employees. The tremendous industry response that Haydon Building Corp has enjoyed is a result of our philosophy that integrity, accountability, and value lead to client satisfaction and long term success. Adhering to this philosophy and fostering strong relationships with our clients and industry partners has allowed Haydon to evolve from our humble beginnings into a leader in the construction industry.

Hanging inside the newly renovated Litchfield Park Library, this chandelier once welcomed travelers at the historic Litchfield Train Station, serving as a quiet witness to the city’s early days.
With careful craftsmanship from Lights by Mathias and custom 3D-printed replacement pieces from Origin Design & Technology, the team went the extra mile to bring this historic chandelier back to life and preserve it for generations to come.

Wilson Community Center plays an important role in supporting students and families throughout the Wilson community.
Through food assistance, educational programs, family activities and connections to essential resources, the center helps ensure community members have access to the support they need.
Our team recently delivered donations collected during Haydon’s food drive as part of our ongoing relationship with the center.

More than 350 families attended Arizona Automotive Institute’s first annual Bring Your Own Backpack event, helping students start the school year with the supplies and support they need to succeed. 🎒
The event brought together families, volunteers, employers, vendors and community partners for a fun and welcoming day on AAI’s campus.
Thank you to Arizona Automotive Institute and everyone who helped make this event possible. We are grateful to support an initiative that directly benefits local students and families.
