November Project Phoenix is a FREE fitness movement that was born out of a desire to bring together people of all fitness levels to make each other better, faster, and stronger. We meet at 6am every Wednesday, rain or shine, at Papago Park Amphitheater or Arizona State University for a 30-minute workout that incorporates stairs with other plyometric exercises. This isn't your typical workout group

Park in the West Buttes parking lot off Galvin Pkwy, across from Phoenix Zoo. Give yourself enough time to run/walk to the memorial. Early miles start at 5:25 from the parking lot if you're interested! Per park rules, dogs must be leashed before, during, and after the workout.

MONDAY HILLS AT FEMUR
Meet at 23rd Pl and Piestewa Peak Dr. (Like you’re heading to hike Piestewa, but turn left at the first street).
If you’re looking for a longer workout, early miles begin at 5:20am, starting from the blue X.
Hills workout begins at 5:45am.
Friendly reminder to wear bright colors so drivers can see you. 👀 AND this is a neighborhood, so be respectful.
Park in the yellow sections. The hill is highlighted in red. See you there!
