Chief’s second vet visit in 2 weeks, we are trying to figure out why he’s been losing weight. He got his teeth done and bloodwork sent out to test for EPM which is a neurological condition that can be treated with meds. Right now he’s on 2 weeks of antibiotics for a stomach abscess. He’s already eating better and acting hungry!

We are thrilled to share the great news that Dani, Sergio, Miss Piggy, and Kermey have foster homes lined up and are getting OUT of the shelter!!!
That was a close call, THANK YOU to everyone who shared posts and networked to save these sweet piggies. 🐽 California rescues are overflowing due to pig hoarding cases and so many pigs being abandoned.
