2nd story slab poured this morning 7am ☀️

🔹NOTES🔹
•All slabs are watered for the 7 days after pour as part of the curing process.
•After those 7 days, block walls will be put up for the 3rd floor.

🔹WHATS NEXT🔹
•As stated previously the slab will sit for 7 days whilst being watered to ensure proper curing.
•Block walls will take us to 3rd story.
•3rd story floor trusses will be installed.
•Roof Trusses and framing will begin once floor trusses are on for 3rd story.

Massive 1 story home framed out and ready for all the trades to rough in. 🪵

•Post framing every home is thoroughly walked, measured and leveled to ensure no future obstacles for drywall or cabinets.

🔹WHATS NEXT🔹

•Owners will walk home with electricians and pick where they would like outlets, switches, canned lights etc.
•Plumbing will begin connecting valves and running water lines.
•HVAC will run the duct work and position vents in place for future.
•Gas lines are ran to range and dryer placement according to cabinet layout.
