M&M disappointed me today. They repaired my mothers generator. I arranged for delivery on Thursday because no one was home Wednesday. They delivered it Wednesday anyway when nobody was there to receive it. They left it on the front porch ! It sat there all day! And it was a expensive Coleman Power Mate! Come on guys! You know better then that! The paper on the machine even said deliver Thursday! Someone owes her an apology.

Thanks, Eric, for 1.) having just the right parts for my 30 something year old Toro Groundsmaster 325D, 2.) Shipping really fast to Arkansas, and 3.) crediting me for $130 without me even knowing the price I agreed to was wrong. I'll be contacting you again whenever I need parts.

After doing business with M & M on N. Armenia in Tampa for years, we will no longer use them to repair our Stihl equipment. We took a Stihl Kombo in for repair, and were told that it would cost $289 + tax to fix, BUT they had a new one for $305. Due to all the accessories we had already purchased for this unit, it made more sense to get the new one. Our next trip to NC, we took the broken unit in to Hart's in West Jefferson,and amazingly, they were able to repair the Kombo for under $40. We have used it almost every weekend since it was repaired an had no trouble with it. Today, we tried to speak with the owner/manager at M & M, to let them know what had happened at their business, but were told he was "too busy" to listen to us or speak to us about this matter.

If you currently do business with M & M, you may want to reconsider having your repairs done elsewhere, or at least get a second opinion before they take your money. Don't get taken like we did.
