Zhuji Emergency Center 诸暨市急救中心 in Zhuji, Shangdon, China, is accredited as the world’s 290th Medical ACE. The photo is of their executive team during the announcement call. At the far end is their Director, Qi Junchao. The people closest on both sides are the ED-Qs and EMDs.

Northwell Health Center for Emergency Medical Services in Syosset, NY, is re-accredited as the world’s 57th Medical ACE. This is their 4th accreditation. Their application was exceptionally well done as Northwell is one of our ACE Mentor agencies. Northwell is also an ECNS ACE.

Today was a joyous day for our Peconic Bay Medical Center family. Charlie Parker, a long time employee, was discharged today after many weeks in the hospital. Our staff and special community guests were with us to give Charlie a true sendoff! Give Charlie a like and an encouraging word to wish him well!

As the 2019 Water Rescue for First Responders Course winds down, PBMC, along with the 106th Rescue Wing and the U.S. Coast Guard Station New York, held a ceremony to recognize and thank all of the agencies at the Local, County, State, and Federal levels that work closely together to put on this course for Public Safety Agencies. Commander Boyd, Chief of Response for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Long Island Sound, and Major Viera, Commanding Officer of the 103rd Rescue Squadron presented plaques to leadership of all the agencies that came together to design and execute this essential training. Thanks for this great collaboration!

The Northwell Health House Calls program is a top-performing CMMI demonstration project that manages an Advanced Illness population composed of the top 5% CMS utilizers that represent 50% of healthcare expenditures.
