As a long time customer who has both purchased and leased vehicles from Bristol Toyota, I was both shocked and disappointed to be told I am unable to return my lease early due to job loss associated with the virus without being penalized.

Not able to leave another review on this page because I left one back in 2018 when I bought my first Toyota at this dealership - but after buying my next car yesterday, I had to leave my feedback somewhere! This dealership is one of the best around - the staff are friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean and welcoming, and the selection of cars on the lot is like no other. I've been to other Toyota dealerships in the area and they absolutely do not compare. I was on the edge about getting another car, but I knew I really wanted the 2019 RAV4 LTD Hybrid and, once again, Jose Abreu made sure I go it for the price I could afford. From the moment I walked in until the moment my car arrive at the front door, spotless and ready to be driven away, I got the five-star treatment. Can't thank the team at Bristol Toyota enough for the beautiful car and for the great service. BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make the best car deal that fits your needs. I definitely recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone who is thinking about leasing or buying a Toyota. The recent purchase of our beloved channel 10 by the Sinclair group has infused our local news with a right leaning political agenda. It is my hope that local advertisers on Channel 10 will reconsider their relationship with this organization. There is a growing dissatisfaction amongst many of my friends with this new occurrence and much conversation with regards to a possible boycott of businesses which continue their relationship with this "news" organization. Sadly everything these days is political. Local news stations should not become political platforms for agenda driven parent corporations. We all get to vote with our wallets

Bought used sennia/2014.....battery problem/ BrooklynAAA came as was in city/ they said cell in battery was shot so at inspection for tags Iat service area I ask about battery and you said it was fine/ this was in first 3 weeks———any how had trouble while shopping in Fall River and guy jumped battery and then Nov 16. Had to have AAA come to house and had battery replaced as couldn’t take chance over Thanksgiving trip with kids in car of dead battery on trip to Pa... I still feel that you should have replaced battery at inspection...Judith Delehanty —— was $141.24 with tax
