LOOKING FOR A CONTRACT DESIGNER/SPECIFIER WHO WANTS TO WORK FROM HOME

Need specification/design assistance with projects on a daily basis for Mahaffey Design Associates LLC. This would be a work from home position - you must have your own computer, I can provide Autocad and then the contractor would need to have their own license for CAP 2020 Technologies Software.

Hours would range from 25-30 hours a week - flexible schedule for those with Children. Looking for someone familiar with Autocad, who has Commercial Office Furniture Specification Experience - Experience with AIS Inc, would be great, but not necessary. Training could be provided online for product lines. Start time is normally 9-10am - working until 2:30 or 3pm - roughly 5-6 hours a day.

Daily process would be that projects are emailed to you, you would then read the notes, layout the building shell based on dimensions and/or lay in furniture and then send drawings back to me. I will then review the work, format it and price it and send it to the customer for review.

This has certainly been a year of the Unexpected!. Who would have thought in January that we would be living through a pandemic that has went on for almost a year now.

This year has certainly been a year of reflection for us, one where we really appreciate what we have - our health, Well being and Our families that we have spent more time with than ever before thanks to the Quarantines. It has also been a time of loss for some of us - by now we all know of someone who has contracted Covid and some families who have lost members of their family to the Virus. Our hearts and prayers go out to those families.

We wanted to take a moment this year to be EXTRA THANKFUL this Holiday Season for Collegues, Clients, Family and Friends. We hope that you will have a Wonderful, Safe, Covid Free Thanksgiving Holiday with your Families this year. You will be in our thoughts as we give thanks on Thanksgiving day with our Family!
