We have officially sold out of phase 1 in our premier sub-division - Montage at Ocean Commons - in 2 months! Thank you to all of our wonderful new home owners. Its been a great pleasure getting to know all you as we welcome you to the community.

Phase 2 lot sales will begin in early February.
