So, in order to set you up for success outside of your training hours, your coach will give you the tools to continue your journey confidently understanding your movement patterns.

Revival Performance isn’t just here to help you reach your fitness goals. We are here to help you grow into your best self in all aspects of your life. During the four-week course, your coach will be with you every step to make sure you’re doing your very best, safely and accurately. We will be changing habits and keeping you accountable for your goals. After the four-weeks, we will transition that accountability to you, to see your growth, but always staying in your corner to cheer you on.

Whether you are a current or alumni member of Revival Performance, you will always have access to our private Facebook group where you can ask your coach and peers questions. You will always have a supportive group to fall back on, should you need a reminder of how awesome you are and how far you’ve come.
