It's a rainy Monday, and honestly... same. ☔🦆😴

The flock showed up, but enthusiasm levels vary.

New additions to the library include:

🚗 A duck driving a car (which raises several licensing questions)
📝 A duck sticky note pad for all your important duck-related business
📌 New "Waddle On," "Lucky Duck," and "Float On" clothespin signs hanging around the library
🦆 A fresh batch of tiny ducks supervising everything

Meanwhile, it's raining, the coffee isn't working fast enough, and several members of the flock appear to be questioning their life choices.

If you're feeling a little Monday-ish today, you're in good company.

Why are there Christmas ducks in June?

🎅 Tiny Santa ducks have arrived six months early.
💚 Spooky ducks appear ready for Halloween.
💖 Another is bringing main-character energy.

The flock is currently holding an emergency calendar review meeting.

Until then, we will be accepting ducks from all seasons, timelines, and dimensions.

🚨 GRAND RE-OPENING 🚨

The OG SP Duck Library has officially moved into its new home! 🦆🏠

After surviving wind, broken hinges, emergency repairs, and a brief period of structural uncertainty, the flock has upgraded from a questionable wooden residence to a significantly sturdier metal one.

Features include:

✨ Stronger doors and hinges
✨ Enhanced 24 hour duck watching security

And, of course...

Mrs. Sister in Law to the OG Duck Library handled the decorating. Mr. OG Duck Library handled the assembly and installation. The ducks supervised and took full credit.

Meanwhile, the tiny ducks are excited to announce that a brand-new pool is already on the way. Construction on the Tiny Duck Aquatic Center is expected to begin soon. 🦆

Field Report from Cows on the Concourse 🐄🦆

After a day of preparation, one of our cow ducks finally came face-to-face with an actual cow.

Results were... inconclusive.

🐄 Real cow: large, unimpressed
🦆 Cow duck: small, confident

We're not saying they recognized each other, but we're also not not saying that.

The cow duck has returned with more questions than answers and a renewed sense of identity.

We searched for cows and found closure.

Today is Cows on the Concourse! 🐄🦆

Preparations began with Little Farmer OG Duck Library helping search through TWO boxes of ducks looking for cows.

The good news: we found cows.

The bad news: we also found pandas, soccer ducks, knitted ducks, ducks pretending to be cows, and at least one individual who is clearly committing bovine fraud.

At this point, we're not entirely sure who belongs to which species.

The cow in the turtle pool has fully embraced library life and refuses to leave.

Rainy day staffing adjustments at The OG Sun Prairie Duck Library ☔🦆

With rain in the forecast, only the most water-ready members of the flock are on duty today.

The rest of the flock has called in "slightly damp" and elected to stay inside.

Overnight developments at The OG Sun Prairie Duck Library 🦆👀

We checked the turtle pool this morning and discovered... turtles.

🐢 Two of them.
🐢 No paperwork.
🐢 No explanation.

The ducks are claiming they have no idea where they came from.

At this point, we've stopped asking questions and are simply documenting the wildlife migration patterns occurring within the library.

(literal) Breaking News from The OG Sun Prairie Duck Library 🦆🔨

After months of loyal service, our current library has entered its dramatic "held together by hope and hardware" phase.

The original hinges failed.
The replacement hinges fought back.
The wood chose violence.

As a result, plans are underway for Library 2.0.

Current project status:
✅ New library in progress
✅ Vinyl designs underway
✅ "The Ducks Are Watching" sign approved by the flock
👀 Duck surveillance increasing daily

We may be losing a library, but we're gaining a duck fortress.
