Thank you for everyone who has continued to reach out and let us know of this issue- our question to you, in getting the the bottom of this issue (I always thought it was a spectrum issue)

Looking into this further - it is in Fact a T-Mobile related issue. Originating from T-Mobiles “Trunk” (how the calls are placed OUT of a carrier)

Please reply if you’ve had an issue calling us where it has said: Call unable to go through / Call Could not be completed as dialed / Phone is disconnected. 843-771-0005

Specifically we are trying to narrow down when this is happening and what carrier your use
(To isolate if it IS in fact all a T-mobile related issue)

We have also heard from some that they are trying to call from clicking the google phone number link (but still have t-mobile)
