Created for the one who made me a mom! She’s spicyyyyyy (with a side of sweet), and so stinking fun! 🥳
The cake was my signature Biscoff (she requests it every year), and cake pops were Key Lime. YUM!!

Key Lime seasonnnnnn 🍋🟩
As stated by this cake’s recipient, “It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart… the key lime wasn’t overwhelming… it was just right.”
Fluffy key lime cake + a creamy, lightly lime-kissed Swiss Meringue Buttercream makes this SUCH a refreshing choice for a summer party! If you like the tartness, a key lime curd added to the filling would take this over the top! 🤤

Obsessed with these dreamy mini cakes 😍
Not gonna lie—three nights of working late on these, only to have to redo them in 10 hours through a fourth late night, just about DID ME IN. 😅
But every customer deserves my best effort and a quality product, no matter what challenges or disasters may occur (like 9,000,000% humidity inside the shop).
Sometimes baking is equal parts skill, creativity, and problem-solving. And also big doses of crying and cursing. Maybe also a slight desire to run away.
It’s fine now, though; I’m fine 😉
