Dow fell 162 points Thursday (-0.3%) to 51,350, its third straight down day; S&P 500 and Nasdaq finished essentially flat. A 10-year yield around 5.2% and oil near $94.60 weighed, partly offset by U.S.-Iran talks toward reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
