For me, mastering stitch braids wasn’t about finding a new product or learning some secret trick.
It was about learning the right technique.
Once I understood hand placement, tension, parting, and how to actually create clean, consistent stitches, everything started to change. My work got better, my confidence went up, and I was able to charge more because my results spoke for themselves.
A lot of braiders keep practicing the same thing over and over, but if the technique not right, you will keep getting the same results.
That’s one of the biggest things I focus on inside my 3-Day Stitch & Laid Lab.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding what makes stitch braids look clean and consistent, comment STITCH or click the link in my bio to save your spot.

I didn’t wake up one day and randomly decide to charge more.
I increased my prices because my skills improved.
The cleaner my parts became, the flatter my stitches laid, and the more consistent my results got, the more valuable my service became.
A lot of braiders want higher prices, but they skip the part where they improve the technique behind the price increase.
That’s exactly why I created my 3-Day Stitch & Laid Lab.
If you’re ready to create cleaner stitch braids, build more confidence, and stop second-guessing your work, this training is for you.

Not every braid gel is made for every hair texture.
That’s why I never judge a product after one swipe.
When I’m testing a new gel, I’m looking at the hold, the consistency, how well it helps me mold the hair, and whether it leaves residue behind.
This one Breez N Braidz checked a lot of boxes for me.
And that’s exactly why I teach product selection inside my 5-Day Braid Mentorship.
A lot of braiders think they have a technique problem when the real issue is they’re using products that don’t work well for their client’s hair type.
The right technique matters.
The right products matter too.

Six stitch braids really hit different when the parts lined up right.
My client already knew what time it was when he sat in the chair.
Clean sections.Sharp stitch lines. No rushing the process.
Most people think the braids are the hard part.Whole time it’s the foundation that make the style look this clean.
If the parts off, the whole style feel off. That’s why I take my time before I even start braiding.
Simple style.Clean result.Every time.
Save this for your next braid appointment.
Everybody wants their stitch braids to look sharp, but they be rushing the prep.
The blow dry stage really tells on the final style.
If the hair still puffy, uneven, or not stretched enough, your stitch braids can start looking off before you even finish the first braid.
That’s why I treat prep like part of the service, not just something to rush through.
Clients may not know exactly what went wrong…but they can definitely see it.

I really used to believe I needed a viral video to stay booked.
Meanwhile clients were watching the whole time.
Not for virality.For consistency.
They wanted to see:
neat work
somebody posting regularly
somebody serious about their craft
That’s what builds trust. And trust is what keeps your chair full.
A lot of braiders are putting too much pressure on themselves trying to “blow up” instead of just showing up consistently.
Keep posting.Keep improving.Keep going.

It’s a lot of talented braiders out here.
But learning how to get attention is a whole different skill.
That’s something I’ve really been understanding lately while creating content.
Not just posting the final look.
Actually showing the process.
Teaching while I braid.
Helping people understand the technique behind the style.
Because attention opens doors.
And I want my content to do more than just look good.
I want it to teach too.

Most stitch braiders think the problem is the braid.
It’s not.
It’s your hands.
If your stitches keep coming out crooked, loose, or uneven, check these three things:
1. Your middle finger. It should not lift.
2. Your stitch. It has to lock before you pass the hair.
3. Your anchor hand. It should stay still while the other hand feeds.
Fix these and your stitches get clean fast.
If you want cleaner work without working harder, tap in.
I show you the technique that keeps your stitches tight.
