Creative Lab with Tammy

We spent the session transforming everyday recycled tubes into beautiful musical instruments. It was such a fun way to explore STEAM concepts, combining the physics of sound with a little bit of engineering and a lot of artistic flair.

The kids filled their tubes with various materials to mimic the soothing pitter-patter of a rainstorm, then spent time personalizing the exteriors with vibrant colors and patterns. Not only do they sound relaxing, but they also look like works of art!

It’s always a joy to see how much creativity can come from simple materials. ♻️🎨
