SCAM ALERT!!! If this man shows up claiming to be with our company it is absolutely a scam! He is getting over on a lot of people claiming he is with our company and others as well. YES the authorities have been contacted multiple times we were told the customers that have been scammed must reach out to do anything about it and we have told each one of them this information. We are posting this in hopes no one else looses money because he has taken payments and never showed back up to do the repairs. It is very wrong to go around claiming you are with a company you are not with and take money and that is what this post is about. No ones information has been breached! He did not reach out to our customers. One of our phone lines was redirected to his phone and we are working with our IT guy to make sure this does not happen again. This is the world we live in, while we can sweep it under the rug, would that be right? Would it be ok to know a man is scamming locals and not say anything? We will do anything we can to prevent this from happening to anyone else not because of anything other than its plain out wrong to steal from anyone! Any tech of ours with show up in a white van or black truck with vinyl lettering saying APPLIANCE SERVICE SOLUTIONS (we changed our name a few months back and all vehicles have been updated) also our techs will always have embroidered shirts with our name as well. They will never wear sticky tags with a name. The negative comments are not needed we are simply trying to make our community aware!

Good morning as we are approaching the the Holiday season we want to remind everyone please do not self clean your your ovens as it may cause more damage than good as parts to repair your oven or range may be delayed because of the holidays or obsolete and no longer available and then you would not have your oven for your holiday baking needs. Please wait till after the first of the year to self clean all ovens.
