As we race into the last hour of voting I want to give credit and gratitude to every single voter, volunteer, donor, neighbors, and friend that have made this campaign what it is. There’s not enough ways to say thank you for the effort and trust placed in me to lead towards victory and in Richmond with the voices of the 84th district behind me.

I am honored by your faith, trust, and work. As we wait for the last ballots to be cast tonight - remember that victory is forged by those who show up. Proud and grateful and as always if you haven’t voted yet, there’s still an hour left!! Let’s finish strong and WIN!!

Come on out and enjoy the Isle of Wight Fair and you’ll be surprised all the people you’ll run into! It was great to see johnreidforva and Second Gentleman Mr. Terry Sears. If you are looking for lawn signs, stop by the booth all weekend or come on down to Taste of Suffolk tomorrow!

On this day of remembrance I honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the resilience of our nation. As a firefighter this day holds deep meaning, may we never forget. #911

It has taken me several hours to really put my thoughts together after this afternoon’s news, especially having been on the other side of news like this. I am horrified by the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Political violence is the very opposite of what America stands for. Finding common ground and paving a path forward - even when we disagree - is the cornerstone of nation. Charlie understood and lived that philosophy.

Our disagreements must be met with debate, not bloodshed. There is never justification for violence, and we all share a duty to reject it wherever it emerges.

I am confident justice will be served, and I pray for the safety of law enforcement and for God’s strength and comfort for Charlie Kirk’s family.

Had a wonderful afternoon with leaders from all over Isle of Wight at the State of the County! Thank you to the Chamber for their work putting this event together and it was great to hear about all the exciting updates and vision for the future of Isle of Wight!!
