All smiles todayyyyy because, well, it was b***y day 😁..and I was able to leave the house in a black jacket without being covered in my dogs hair (because the material is indescribably smooth) - it also has these super cute mesh shoulders that make it nice and breathable if I need to throw it on over my sweat after the gym & still look kind of cute 😏

There are so many variations of weight and , you pick the direction that fits your goals. Each body is different, we all have an equation that works best for us and that's why we reach out to those who may know a little more about getting to where we want.
Btw...did you know that an increase of muscle mass can speed up your metabolic rate? Never be afraid of muscle or strength...it does a body good. 💪🏼

Well, went to film some ab workouts for an upcoming blog. As i'm doing them I am realizing my body is toast!!!!
What you should take from this..?
It is SO important to rest. I take my time out to do so, but some weeks my body doesn't recover the same OR I possibly did overtrain myself. I love being at the gym so much (gratefully) but find myself feeling discouraged when I physically can't do a workout.
I know our body benefits so much from those days off, more than it may seem so don't neglect a little R&R.
Blogging, workout (if I can handle it- body is exhausted, grr) then meal prep today...yay for productivity 👏🏼

Because, it is still sooooo sore. Please send haaalllp 😅 & also, im just really pleased at how my mid section is developing. Its amazing how proud you can be of your own accomplishments when you compare you TO YOU. (I needed to remind myself of that today, so I hope you keep yourself in check too) 👊🏼
Btw, I have a on my finger to replace mine while lifting just if you are wondering 💁🏼 it helps keep mine from getting beat up.
