I’m usually bad at celebrating wins, but this was a cool moment to be able to stop and reflect on the past year of growth.

I don’t really post about work or my passion for business but being a CEO for the first time has really kicked my ass and I wanted to take a beat to document the journey.

For any artist or entrepreneurs that feel stuck in a job or held back by the obstacles in life I promise everything feels impossible until you start. After being promised raises and promotions without follow through at my last job I decided to start consulting on the side.

What started as a single client and a little petty cash has evolved into a full marketing agency that generated over $4M for my clients in our first 12 months and is on track to cross half a million in reoccurring revenue. I did this with zero debt, no business degree, while working from my bedroom. I knew I could provide better customer service and results than the company I used to work for and now I get to build teams and help businesses Gro in the same way.

Anyways this is just a reminder to think bigger than your circumstances, never let the world make you feel like a victim, stay motivated, and just say f**k it every now and again. Trying is highly underrated.
