🇮🇹 TWO YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆
I’m not usually one to stop and pat myself on the back… mostly because I’m too busy running around the restaurant 😂… but this one means a lot.
La Forchetta has been named Best Italian Restaurant for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW by Stuart Magazine! 🇮🇹🏆
And this year, they shared a little bit of my story too.
I really was raised among pizza boxes. 😂 This restaurant life is in my blood. What my parents started, what my dad worked so hard to build, and what Gianluca, my mom, our staff and I continue every single day is so much more than a business to us. It’s our family. It’s our history. It’s home.
When my dad passed away in 2020, I had some very big shoes to fill. I still say he lives in those walls — and there are days I swear I can hear him telling me what I’m doing wrong. 😂❤️
So to be recognized again, two years in a row, means more than I can put into words.
Thank you Stuart Magazine for this beautiful feature, and thank you to every single person who voted for us, eats with us, recommends us, brings their family through our doors, and continues to support our crazy little Italian family. 🇮🇹❤️
Dad, I hope we’re making you proud. We’re still going. ❤️

New month. New 3-Course Menu. And we’re giving September just a little taste of fall. 🍎🍐
Think slow-braised short rib ragù, creamy truffle chicken, artichoke ravioli, apple & candied walnut salad, and our new pork shank finished in a Dijon-pear w**e sauce… 🤤
