Hungry For More is a non-profit extension of Community Care Connections of Wisconsin (CCCW), a state Certified Managed Long Term Care Organization.
We believe every township, village and city has resources that, with adequate support, help to ensure a good quality of life for those who live, work, and play there. By partnering with others, Hungry For More is able to access regional human and financial resources and deploy them to organizations that meet the nutritional needs of individuals and families locally. Hungry For More demonstrates CCCW's ongoing commitment and desire to be a viable and visible community partner in initiatives.

Our meaningful gift catalog offers a number of entities that we have partnered with, which provide resources and support to individuals in our communities who have hunger needs. The idea is that anyone can look at the catalog, find a cause they believe in, and make a donation to that partner in the name of a loved one. They are then able to turn around and give a honor card to that loved one, expressing that they made a donation to the cause in their loved one’s name. View the catalog at http://www.mycccw.org/
