There are certain moments that help to solidify your defining moments. It could be seeing a sunset that you want to capture that reminds you of your love for painting. It could be handing someone a tissue or giving them medical advice which reminds you as to why you became a nurse. In my case, it is the smiles on childrens faces when they dig their hands into cookie batter or chop vegetables to make empanadas which reminds me as to why I love being a chef. This weekend was filled with memories and insight. It was filled with smells of lobster and smiles from private events. We gave our best to the best. We thank you!!!

Another beautiful dinner served. It’s amazing how you can change the dynamics of a persons mind by execution. She called us nervous about hosting a dinner for her husband.
