Although at first, Tammy started martial arts lessons primarily for fitness and to learn a fun skill, she quickly became a tough competitor.
Kyle and Tammy started their Jiu Jitsu training together, and have ever since been laser-focused on learning and sharing the best, most effective martial arts style for self-defense and hand-to-hand combat situations. Both she and Kyle have won multiple international championships.

Congratulations to all of those that got promoted this past weekend! We are super proud of ALL of you! We continue to encourage all of our students to keep focusing on their Jiu Jitsu journey, to keep pushing through, and continuing to grow💪🏻.
