The Good Shepherd Alliance is looking to fill positions in the Hope’s Treasures retail thrift shop located in Sterling.

We have a Full-Time receiving position that is currently open.
Duties for these are the following:

Receiving Associate – This is another customer facing position that requires a great can-do attitude. You would greet every customer with a smile and a hello as you help them with their donations. This position requires that you be able to easily lift at least 75 lbs. You would also assist with pricing goods as they are donated so an understanding of current market prices is helpful. Other duties include opening and closing of the store and maintaining merchandise rotation and store cleanliness.

The Good Shepherd Alliance is looking to fill positions in the Hope’s Treasures retail Thrift Shop located in Sterling.

We have a cashier positions open for FT, PT and On-Call cashiers at every experience level. Please see or call Pam Orr at 703-887-7397 for details.

Duties for these are the following:
Cashier – This is one of our important customer facing positions that requires a great attitude and a desire to make the customer experience enjoyable. As a cashier you would ensure that all transactions performed at the cash register are properly recorded and accounted for. You would also engage customers to help them find items that they may be interested in. Other duties include opening and closing of the store and maintaining merchandise rotation and store cleanliness.

Mon-Sat 10am-7pm
Donation Hours will be:
Mon-Sat 10am-6pm
