Potentially, work with sales team to resolve sales contract/selection sheet problems in a timely manner
Maintain various department and divisional reports
Set up and tear down of phones and internet service for sales offices in models and/or trailers
As needed, plan divisional and regional events and meetings

Permitting – As needed in the division, the Neighborhood Coordinator may support permitting activities such as:

Manage submission and receipt of architectural plans and building permits to meet plan objectives
Process payments of all permit related fees and expenses
