Daybreak Biscuit Co. will specialize in a Southern-meets-West-Coast style of food, featuring freshly homemade biscuits a variety of toppings like fried chicken, gravy, avocado toast, salads, chicken sandwiches and other brunch-style fare. It will be a balance of healthy and very flavorful food.
