It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a checkout line for 25 minutes with 4 items. You gotta be kidding me.

OMG. Only one lane accepting cash and it’s a mile long.

13 registers and only one open and I’ve been in this line for 15 straight minutes.

Ughhhhhh

ALLL of the self-pay registers are cards only. No cash.

WTH?

And it feels like they turned the A/C OFF in here.

Last night I was shopping at your Sterling store and could not find an item I was looking for. Several associates were stocking shelves and it was about 7 p.m. and not many people were in the store. I stopped and asked a middle aged Hispanic man who was stocking items in the home goods area where the item I was looking for was. He said, "I no speak English" and then went back to stocking the shelf as if I didn't exist. This is not the first time I have had this experience at your store. It's about the fifth. Your associates seem to not want to be bothered with helping a customer find a product so they lie and say they don't speak English. Well, if they don't speak English, how did they conduct an interview with Walmart to get hired, go through orientation and complete the computer training all new associates must go through? How do they read the labels on shelves to know where to place products? How do they drive to get to work everyday if they can't read or speak English signs on the road? How do they set up direct deposit for their paychecks if they don't speak English? But most importantly, why would you hire someone who is going to be out on the floor if they don't speak a lick of English? That's insane. The answer is, these Hispanics are lying when they say they don't speak English. They are just too lazy or feel too inconvenienced to stop what they are doing to help a customer. They obviously don't understand the concept of "customer first" or have a clue about what delivering exceptional customer service is. You need to have some team meetings about this. If I encounter it again, I will be taking my shopping dollars elsewhere - To Target, etc. I am willing to pay higher prices for people who actually WANT to help me. This is inexcusable and needs to be addressed immediately. I am also contacting corporate about this. I have experienced this in both the Leesburg AND Sterling Walmart locations.

Hi Sterling Walmart! You have many plant enthusiasts in your community who would love to shop at your store for houseplants. Your current stock is nice, but we're looking for the Trending Tropicals line. Many other Walmarts in the area are stocking the Costa Farms Trending Tropicals line in their stores, and selling out rather quickly. We would love to see the plants in your store as well. I would suggest ordering more than one display, as you will most likely be sold it very quickly.

I found an item on Walmart.com I also have screen shots and a recording of my screen listing an item for $5 and specifically said in-store only and I tried to buy it in stores and it was ringing up as $25 I asked them to honor their price match directly from the Walmart website and I was told they do not price match from Walmart.com when your website clearly says you price match from Walmart.com I tried to buy the products and I was told I cannot get the price from online. I am extremely frustrated. I was told this from Amy (team lead) at the 45415 Dulles crossing plaza sterling va store location. The price ran up as $25 and online was $5. When the cashier told Amy (team lead) they were taking quite awhile my sister was checking the price from her phone and it changed to $25. They changed it while we were waiting and I am furious they would try to scam me and tell me it was not $5 when I have screen shots and screen recording of the price for $5. I even told the cashier and showed her and she said what a great price and then realized they were changing the price while we were waiting. I am so mad they would do that and make us wait and think we are stupid to see what they were doing.

Bagging my own grocerys is AWFUL. I hate it!!!!

I have shopped here for over 10 years. In the last year the harassment has got overwhelming! I constantly get watched in self checkout. They constantly harass you for a receipt with a cart of groceries upon leaving. Im sick and fed up being treated like a criminal and will never shop at another Walmart. You are TERRORISTS AND AMERICA has you on their list! You ARE NOT AN AMERICAN COMPANY with the way you treat law abiding AMERICAN CITIZENS. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!

Long lines, guess your self checkout isn't working so good... bring back more cashiers!!!

what a waste of time to drive to your store, find a place to park, walk to the one entrance you have open, to the back of the store, only to find out the photo I sent to have printed isn't ready 3 hours after I ordered it online because your photo printer has been out of order since TUESDAY

you'd think that would be important information to have BEFORE ordering the photo to be printed at your store

all this technology & you fail to take advantage of it

well, it's typical for your store, because your management is the worst in the entire company. I have never seen such incompetent fools in my life

I am trying to get store credit (Store #2038) for a gift my mom got for my son. He had wanted a different LEGO set not available at Walmart. The store associate at customer service said she couldn’t do anything over $50 without a receipt. I asked for the manager. She said she called him. I waited 15 minutes; he did not come. I went to look for him. None of the cashiers had a walkie talkie. Finally, I asked a woman (Amanda booker) who was by the office. She Finally got a manager (shrawan) who then handed us over to MONIR. He explained the he could not return It and tried to explain but it was difficult to understand. Then he said that hat it had been opened and that the tape was not original. I took a closer look and they were in fact original. He did not believe me so we walked to the LEGO sets and looked at the taping. It was in fact the original seal. He finally acquiesced and told the cashier at customer service to give me store credit. She started to do so; however when she saw that it was a $90 Lego set she said she needed a manager. I thought the manager had just approved it.

If someone had a heart attack, there would be no manager to be found.

I resent the fact that we literally needed to compare the seal with another LEGO set.

This is why I pay more to shop at Walmart.
