From Phase 1 to Phase 2, this Gainesville home is where thoughtful, practical design meets real life. After reimagining the kitchen, sunroom and wine room in the first phase, we turned our attention to the primary suite, a space this busy couple needed to truly unwind. We elevated the bathroom from a chopped-up builder-grade layout to a serene, spa-like retreat complete with heated floors and double shower heads. With two queen beds for flexibility and comfort, Phase 2 is all about calm, rest and creating space to recharge. Because when life runs at full speed, home should be your place to reset.

A little gallery wall fun in Leesburg 🖼️
Hanging a gallery wall can feel daunting… but it doesn’t have to be! Start by framing your pieces and making sure your picture-hangers match the weight of each one. Then, create a template using brown paper or newspaper and tape it to the wall before the first nail goes in 🔨
Trace each piece, arrange your “faux frames” on the wall, and mark exactly where the hangers will go. Trust us, this simple prep step makes the whole process so much easier.
