Assisting with kitchen construction, we are a small part of their new venture celebrating an amazing legacy and family tradition of soul food! A pub originating from DC's Adams Morgan neighborhood, brings to Virginia a much needed unique dining experience + craft beer bar.

Green Touch Builders completed construction for Loudoun's Premier Health Day Spa, The Woodhouse Day Spa. GTB Construction is complete and grand opening ahead for Loudoun's newest spin on a traditional sports bar. Vintage lighting, rustic fire places, laquered steel trim, and fixtures from all around Loudoun are thoughtfully appointed. A large format maple bar top center the space so there's plenty of breathing room for great food, drinks and a game. That's right, you want to go where everyone knows your name. Support locally owned and operated business in Loudoun. We shall see you there!

NW Washington D.C., construction underway on a joint venture Green Touch Builders with Revite Construction on gut and rehab of 3 row homes into multi family loft apartments. Vacant lot adjacent will be a new deluxe 2 unit new build with walk out balcony level.
These are interesting projects, from a perspective of how construction practices have progressed, and how much remain the same. We discovered amazing stone and brick coursing of bearing walls, and rough sawn foundation beams and columns of all sizes seemingly using whatever was available.

Most of it is the largely extinct Chestnut wood. It's astonishing the homes have remained after all these years and much of the lumber is still usable. So we are repurposing all that is salvageable. It's an entirely refreshing, and different ball game from the production building seen today.

Ashburn, Va. Teixeira Fabrication. A 4,500 SF Virginia headquarters underway. Featuring Green Touch AE design build mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems. Including a gray water recycling system for stone fabrication, showroom and warehouse. Building shell complete and interior begins.

Arlington VA- Citizen Burger Bar Construction Complete + Our friends at CBB are open. Locally sourced and responsible- this is the best burger and local beer in town. Reston, VA building facade improvements complete. Featuring new ADA storefront doors | auto operators | parking lot resurface | sidewalk + generator pads | led lighting poles, parking lot and travertine pavers. Architectural plans by DBI Architects.

Fair Lakes, VA- First Portfolio corporate office build underway. Shell and new interior build of approx 8,000 sf including new entry lobby, common corridors, suite restrooms and office interiors. Fire marshal hydro inspections are scheduled next and the project will be approaching completion. Architectural drawings provided by The M Group Architects

Fairfax, VA Construction underway for the demolition and new build for a dental office. Project features 6 opitory treatment rooms, sterilization lab new electrical service , vacuum water + air system for dental equipment. Renovations to be complete December 2014.
