How are you handling parking?
I got a toll violation in the mail today . Got to watch their ways of sending out violations , My EZPASS records show my vehicle paying the toll . Giving them the benefit of the doubt i am sure this was a mistake. However i am going on record by sending a letter to the Virginia attorney general advising them of the Dulles Greenway of their reckless accusations . Word to the wise check your records before you pay ! Also this road is not owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia , it is owned by private investors i applaud them for building it because the Commonwealth seems to not be able to fix transportation issues and and against my reasons not to use it ......i do use it because its worth most of the time i am not sitting in a traffic jam.

One last note i was a Virginia Resident for more than 20 years before i moved back to West Virginia.
Just got a note from Dulles Greenway! My transponder failed and they want to charge me an ADMIN fee. No way to test the transponder and I had money on the account. EZ Pass realized this and fixed it but Dulles Greenway cannot????

Dulles Greenway gets paid from this one FUNDED account. They state they will take the admin fee from $25 to $10?? Seriously, tell me how to test my transponder PRIOR to getting on their road.

Horrible experience when calling as they simply state call the EZ Pass line! I refuse to pay an ADMIN fee when they have access to funded account that is linked to my license plate and EZ Pass certainly did the same. This is an ISSUE on the systems they use.
Hello There,

I have been in an accident recently and totaled my car, so I was driving my cousins car for time being as im in process of buying a new one. However, my cousins car did not have an EZpass holder and it was dropped as I was taking a turn on to greeway on the ramp as I placed it on the dashboard. Looks like I missed paying a toll that day and my cousin did not forward me the initial violation notice that did not have the admin fee. I have been a regular Dulles Greenway customer and would appreciate if you can take care of waiving the admin fee for this time. I have added my cousins car on to my EZPass account now and hopefully this should take care of any future incidents. Details of the violation are below.

TAG: VRA 1571
State: Virginia
Toll violation date: 2019/01/23
SerialNumber: A5555555643069
Hari Venu Madhav
22567 Armstrong Terrace
Unit 10-214
Ashburn VA 20148

Toll Due: $7.15
Admin Fee: $25 (Request to waive)
What was going on this morning going eastbound! I sat on the greenway for almost two hours.
I was charged $14.20 yesterday after 3:30pm on the Dulles Toll Road. How do I get a refund?
The guy that works there said it probably wasn't my card and I just checked my account and it was.
My husband encountered a dangerous and annoying issue at a toll plaza not once, but twice in two days. We were traveling the Greenway and went to drive through the toll plaza with our E-ZPass and for whatever reason the toll reader would not read our pass. We were shocked as we have been E-ZPass patrons for many years and are of good standing. An attendant approached our car are requested a $5.55 toll paid by credit card. We told her that we had an E-ZPass and pointed to it mounted on our windshield. She said that sometimes the reader does not read the E-ZPass and instructed us to back up and try it again. This was both dangerous and annoying, as this issue is not our fault. The next day we were traveling on the Greenway and it happened AGAIN. This time the attendant was rude. And as we sat to pay our toll, and again we have an E-ZPass cars lined up behind us, the attendant took a long time to charge our account AND he was rude on top of it all. I understand that at time there are glitches that can't be avoided. BUT, if you are aware of this issue why can't it be corrected? We like the convenience of the E-ZPass, the time saved and avoiding the hassle of having cash or credit card available for payment of which we didn't have the luxury of experiencing on both of these trips through this toll plaza. I tried to use your Contact Form online, but when I entered the characters requested the response said I had entered the incorrect code. I entered the correct code three times and it would not take my submission. Seems like your organization has problems all around.
Unbelievable! 3 days VIP site has been down - with as much money as we pay to use the Greenway you'd think you all could afford some decent IT people this is just unacceptable!

LEESBURG BYPASS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TARGETS AN EARLY COMPLETION

Final Traffic Switch Slated for Late October

Leesburg, VA (September 9, 2021) – Toll Road Investors Partnership II (TRIP II), owner of the Dulles Greenway, is pleased to announce that the Leesburg Bypass Improvement Project has progressed on schedule with the new ramp from Route 7 to South King Street opening to traffic on August 3, 2021. Construction for the project, which began in early 2021, will increase roadway safety and reduce congestion on the State Route 7/U.S. Route 15 Bypass at its interchange with South King Street. The team anticipates shifting traffic into its final configuration in late October and achieving substantial completion by the end of the year.

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC, the Lorton-based contractor for the project, is now focused on the construction of the retaining walls to accommodate a new exit lane from westbound Route 7 and the Dulles Greenway. Temporary signage will be installed to allow the new lane to be opened to traffic as quickly as possible. This will put the flow of traffic into its final configuration, while the construction team works on the permanent overhead signage for the project.

TRIP II joined a tri-party agreement with Loudoun County and the Town of Leesburg to approve the project designed to relieve congestion at the west end of the Greenway. Funding for the project was provided by Loudoun County and TRIP II. TRIP II will manage the construction and design implementation on behalf of Loudoun County. Once the improvement project is complete and accepted according to VDOT’s standards, the ownership of the project will transfer to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Final completion of all construction activities will be by April 2022.

For more information regarding construction and updates please call 703-707-8870 or visit https://www.dullesgreenway.com.

"I greatly appreciate the fact that the Dulles Greenway exists. It is expensive, yes, but It makes my commute from Bluemont to Tysons something I can tolerate vs trying to navigate Leesburg Pike or back roads.
