Alhamdulillah, we completed a successful catering event for 200 people today.

We prepared papri chaat, chicken noodles, butter chicken, pulao, beef rezala, mixed vegetables, spinach, and salad. Due to the busy schedule, we couldn’t capture all the photos from today’s cooking.

We also bought a large quantity of fresh broccoli and noodles for today’s orders, and made a big batch of butter chicken sauce. As you all know, we don’t like to freeze or store food for later use.

So instead of freezing, we’re offering a special for tomorrow on these fresh items:

note: Butter chicken is a chef’s special item. It will not be available regularly and will only be offered for large event orders, depending on chef availability.
