Toys for Tots
This past Saturday, December 7, 2024 Chariots of Honor thanks the MCL-Loudoun County Marine Corps League Detachment 1205 who led and hosted a heartwarming Toys for Tots (T4T) event at Lamborghini Of Washington and American Shine Detailing.
It was incredible to know the community came together to support such a meaningful cause—ensuring every child experiences the joy of the holiday season.
A huge thank-you goes out to everyone who donated toys and made this event a success. Your generosity will bring smiles to so many children in need this year. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and support.
Chariots of Honor gives kudos to the Marine Corps League for leading this effort and for continuing the Toys for Tota program including those who helped organize, hosted the event, and gave their time and resources, your efforts are truly appreciated. Everyone made a positive impact and spread the spirit of giving. Semper Fi!

National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day
Chariots of Honor observes National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, December 7, a solemn occasion dedicated to honoring the lives lost during the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. This pivotal event marked the United States' entry into World War II and forever changed the course of history.
On this day, we pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of the 2,403 service members and civilians who perished, as well as the countless others who were wounded. Ceremonies and memorials across the country, especially at the USS Arizona Memorial in Hawaii, serve as poignant reminders of their valor.
National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day is not only about reflecting on the past but also about recognizing the resilience and unity that arose in its aftermath. It is a time to remember and honor the heroes who fought for freedom and to reaffirm our commitment to peace and vigilance.
Let us pause to remember and express our deepest gratitude to those who served and sacrificed on that fateful day. Their legacy endures in the freedoms we cherish today.
