MSU Libraries welcomed former Congressmen Chip Pickering and Gregg Harper for the Association of Centers for the Study of Congress (ACSC) annual meeting in the John Grisham Room!
They joined Mississippi Political Collections Director Kate Gregory for a lively panel on their time in Congress, the donation of their personal papers, and key issues in libraries and archives today. 📂
Their collections—along with those of Senator John C. Stennis, Reps. Sonny Montgomery, Mike Espy, David Bowen & more—are preserved in the Mississippi Political Collections.
