Phi Delta Theta - Mississippi State

The Mississippi Beta chapter had an incredible week giving back! We hosted our 2nd annual Beads & Beignets food night as well as hitting the road to clean up our adopted highway. Huge thanks to everyone who came out and supported us! All proceeds raised will be donated to the LiveLikeLou Foundation to help fund ALS research!

Meet Mason Fuller, a junior business management major from Johns Creek Georgia who served as last years Parent Chair while also being a roadrunner on campus.

Mason plans to work in sales when he graduates and has a sales management internship with Pepsi this summer.

When asked about why he rushed Phi Delta Theta and his experience in the fraternity Mason said “I rushed phi delt because I felt the most welcomed here and there is a wide variety of people with many different interests and hobby’s.” My experience in phi delt has been amazing, I have met so many brothers for life that I couldn’t have met if I didn’t rush.”

Phi Delta Theta has had the opportunity to adopt Highway 45-A. Yesterday, we came together to clean our highway by filling over 50 bags of trash. Thank you to everyone who was able to help!

We are excited to announce Sara Gonzalez as our Sweetheart for the 2024-2025 school year! Sara is a Senior Business Information Systems student and also interns at Starkville Police Department. Thank you for everything you have done for Phi Delta Theta!

Meet Dalton Niederhaus, a sophomore majoring in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Policy and Law. Originally from Midlothian, Texas, Dalton is serving as our risk management chair for 2024. 

Dalton is also actively involved on campus as a Freshman Navigator, and he recently wrapped up his work with New Maroon Camp and his role as a Rho Chi.

When asked about his experience in Phi Delta Theta, Dalton shared:
“Phi Delt has helped me grow not only as a scholar but as a man. This fraternity has opened up a lot of doors for me and allowed me to become the best version of myself. Furthermore, I am grateful to have created many unbreakable bonds through this chapter.”

Last year, Dalton proudly represented Phi Delta Theta in Zeta’s Big Man on Campus competition.

Meet Jake Callender, a senior accounting student from Brandon, Mississippi with an astounding 3.9 gpa!

Jake is currently a member of the Accounting and Finance Student Society as well as Beta Alpha Psi honors society where he helps tutor students and proctors tests. In addition to these organizations, he is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi, an honors society for the top 7.5% of the university!

Right now, Jake is working as an intern with KPMG, and has previously completed an internship with Haddox Reid as well.

Meet Drew Totra, a third year, Business Information Systems student from Waterloo, Illinois. Also serving as our chapter’s Webmaster and IFC Representative for 2024.

Drew recently completed an IT internship at Post Consumer Brands (the makers of Fruity Pebbles), and is currently gearing up for an exciting study abroad experience in Italy over spring break.

During his downtime, Drew is an active member of the Cyber Security club and works as a watchdawg.
