Farmstand - Little Roots Ranch

Hi All, Little Roots Ranch is excited to add Apple wood chew sticks to the offerings in the Farmstand!

Farmstand Location: 7011 300th St NW, Stanwood

Chewing on apple wood helps animals wear down their constantly growing teeth, stay mentally stimulated, and reduce boredom. These orchard chews are especially loved by hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits, and other small rodents. Many birds also enjoy them for natural enrichment.

Each bundle is made from real orchard prunings, carefully dried and cut by hand from trees that have never been sprayed.

🍎 🍏 🍐 🥚 Apples, pears, duck eggs added to farmstand. I also have strawberries, raspberries, chicken eggs, rosemary, garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers, tomatillos, jams, jellies, pickles and salsa. All grown/made on my organic Stanwood farm. ❤️ 👩🏻‍🌾

It is rainy and dreary outside, but summer at the farmstand. Tomatoes were just stocked and cucumbers as well as berries picked last night.

Organic tomatoes heading out to the farmstand. These are an early variety that still retains “green shoulders” but they are perfectly ripe.

New Additions: Mild salsa, cowboy candy, dill pickles, very berry jam and blueberry jam (jams- old fashioned and long boiled). We also have tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and garlic. Berries are limited supply and we have plenty of eggs. ❤️

Tomatoes and cucumbers (japanese and lemon) added to the farmstand. The strawberries and raspberries are in full flower for Sept fruit coming soon. We also have blackberries and limited supply of strawberries. As always, we have eggs and jams/jelly and salsa.

Current stock- strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, potatoes, garlic, eggs, jams/jelly/salsas. Everything is organic and actually without any sprays at all.

Current stock is low- Eggs and jams/salsa. We are right around the corner from the cultivated blackberries coming on (not the invasive ones- these are plump and sweet). Next year, we will have blueberries during this time, and not have a fruit gap between strawberries/raspberries and blackberries. Garlic and cucumbers are also coming soon! As always, thank you for your support.

Strawberries and Raspberries are almost done for the season (get them while you can). The next berry is triple crown blackberry (a cultivated blackberry, not the wild or invasive blackberry) but they wont be ready for about a week or so. In future years, we will be coming into blueberries about this time- but the plants are still too young this year.

We still have eggs, canned Jams/Jellies/Salsas, peas, beet greens, garlic scapes, rosemary and the last pickings of cherries, strawberries and raspberries.

Garlic should be coming soon as well. 🧄

New to the farmstand- Lavender Shortbread cookies in cute farm animal designs (made on a farm on Camano from their lavender). We also have samples (in the mason jar) to try. 💜
