I've had my 2020 TRD Rav4 for a little over a month now. The mods never stop lol. I love this rig so much! Here are some before and after photos of what I've done so far.

I bought a jeep and did not see my picture yet

I have been a customer here for several years, and have appreciated your customer-centered approach to sales and service.
However, I arrived today for an oil change was upset to see that none of your employees in the service center were wearing a mask (the one who waited on me put his mask on as he came in to check me in). At one point, 5 of them were gathered behind the desk across from me, talking with one another at a very close range (with one touching the sunglasses on another staff’s head).
For a customer-centered dealership and service center, your actions are anything BUT customer-centered.
I will not be returning here, and will instead be visiting your competition where masks are required (Thank you, Lou Fusz Toyota).

Absolutely the best customer service. Really wants to help and does everything they can to get you into a vehicle.

Is the Venza coming back?? 🤞

I was looking for a car an started chatting with someone, so useless all they want is a phone number so they can keep calling you. Not helpful at all.

Does anyone had experience with 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (50000 ml currently) headlights going off 4 times in one year? Because I did. First time in a history of owning a car. This one was bought brand new from Weiss. And has been services there since day one. Please suggest.

Is anybody missing this truck?
It’s been parked in the 9th Street Garage for the past few weeks. It has no plates and has gathered a ton of dust. The SLPD and parking garage operators don’t seem to care. The truck is on the 4th floor in the garage.
