We amplify rider voices, promote transit equity, and work to improve service for all.

St. Louis riders, we need to hear from you.

We've been noticing an increase in complaints on social media about bus gapping on Metro routes β€” that's when your bus never shows up and the next one is 30, 40, sometimes 60 minutes away.

We're compiling real rider data and we want your experience in it. Drop a comment and tell us:

Which route
What stop or neighborhood
How recently
Did you report it to Metro Transit?
If you did β€” what was their response?

Your story is not just frustration. It is evidence. And RAISE Transit is going to use it.

A broken elevator at a MetroLink station isn't a minor inconvenience.

For a wheelchair user, it can mean missing a medical appointment. Being late to work. Being stranded.

Inaccessible transit isn't just a maintenance issue, it's a civil rights issue under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Have you or someone you know encountered accessibility barriers on St. Louis Metro? Share your experience in the comments. Your story matters and helps us advocate for real fixes. πŸ‘‡

RAISE Transit stands for Riders Advocating for Inclusive, Safe, and Equitable Transit.

Every word in that name matters.

Inclusive β€” because transit should work for everyone, including people with disabilities, seniors, and non-English speakers.
Safe β€” because no one should fear for their safety waiting at a stop or riding a bus.
Equitable β€” because who you are or where you are from should not matter in your access to transit.

What does transit justice mean to you? Tell us in the comments. ⬇️

New week. New chances to advocate.

This week on the RAISE Transit page we'll be talking about accessibility, fare equity, safety, and what reliable transit actually looks like for St. Louis riders.

One small thing you can do right now: follow our page and turn on notifications so you never miss a post. Then share this page with one person who rides Metro or wishes they could. Then, join our weekly zoom meeting on Monday at 6pm.

We grow when you share. See you this week. 🚌✊

Cutting bus routes is not a neutral budget decision. Let's be clear about that.

When a route gets cut, real people lose access to real things: jobs, grocery stores, hospitals, schools. The people who get hurt most are the ones who were already getting by on the least.

If Metro has to make cuts, we deserve a seat at the table when those decisions are made. Not an announcement after the fact.

Who else thinks riders should have more say in service planning? Drop a yes if you agree.

We want to hear from you, St. Louis. πŸ—£οΈ

Have you ever missed a job interview, a medical appointment, or a shift at work because your bus was late, cancelled, or just didn't show?

You don't have to share details, just a yes in the comments tells us you've been there. And if you want to share your story, we're listening.

Your experience is data. And data is how we fight for change.
