Today we had the privilege of touring the historic Jos Kuhn & Co. Dept store, owned by the same family for 160 yrs. The top 3 floors have long since been sealed up, but they still operate quite a classy men's apparel store on the first floor. Soon to be renovated into apartments, we had the opportunity to see first hand the sealed off floors. The best way to describe it was a mind-blowing time capsule with artifacts from various decades from the last 100+ years.

After a 7 year hiatus, it's so good to be back in the Shakespeare Glen in Forest Park. The Saint Louis Shakespeare Festival is near and dear for many reasons, professionally and personally. But most of all because it's free, inclusive, and accessible to everyone in a time when bringing people together has never felt more important.
Director: Nancy Bell
Lighting Design: Denisse Chavez
Costume Design: Dottie Marshall Englis
Sound Design and Composer: Beth Bombara

Sadly, they would not let me operate the crane. Remember kids, always negotiate crane operating privileges before you sign your contract! (Photo Credit: Colin O'Brien)
