It’s amazing how a chic designer rug and a comfy accent chair can revive the look of any nook or corner of the house.
When we stage a property before selling, we like the designers to play around with the furniture and liven up each space with colorful rugs, plants, books, accent chair, and cozy blankets.
What staging or interior design hack can you share with us?

This 1930’s Hacienda is the kind of vacation home you can’t help but throw a party in. It’s also a great example of how to maximize your rental income from your investment property.
This 2.5 acres estate is used as an AirBnB for family reunions/vacations, as a venue for weddings/parties, as a production location for filming movies/shows/photography sessions, company events etc. The list goes on and on.
Our SoCal colleagues, Jackie & Eric got married here last year and they just spent this past weekend celebrating another wedding here with family and friends.

Reality check! If you say your priority is saving money to buy a house but you are spending your income on unnecessary things instead of setting aside the money you need, then you know that’s not a priority for you. .

It’s always a good idea to take a step back and evaluate if our actions are aligned with our priorities. If they are not, it is ok. Do not panic, at least we know and we can work on a plan so they can be. .

Challenge yourself to look at the details and look at where you’re spending your money. You’ll be surprised! .
